Greetings Clients!
It is with great excitement to announce that we will be reopening our *new* doors in less than one week from today, Monday 10/19/20 for in-person learning. As you can imagine, we have had to adjust a great deal to accommodate society’s new normal, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to navigate these uncharted waters. Please read through this entire email and it’s attachments so that you are fully aware of what will take place over the next few weeks during our soft open.

Covid-19 Assurance:
Please rest assured that we will be doing everything in our power to keep our students, their families and our staff safe as we open our doors for business. We have accepted that our business may not go back to its former model and have figured out ways to adjust our products and services to match new industry standards and norms.
Here are some of the changes you can expect:
1. Class size limited to 10-15 students and temporarily limited to 1 hour or less in order to accommodate cleaning and sanitation. Our course schedule will now be a hybrid of virtual and in person learning to assist with class size management. When registering for classes, please specify if you plan to take the class virtually or in-person. Virtual learners may not switch to in-person during the same session.
2. Drop off only – no seating in lobby
3. Student & Parent Temperature Check Upon Arrival. Anyone 99.9 Degrees or higher will be sent home and can return in 2 weeks after testing negative for Covid. We recommend taking your own temperatures prior to driving to our studio to make sure you are in the clear and you do not get sent home.
4. Face masks required for all students.
5. Social distancing in classrooms
6. No walk in appointments. Appointments will be offered by phone or zoom when possible.
7. Cleaning and Sanitation will be done in between classes to all surfaces and chairs. Hand Sanitizer will be available in classrooms and front desk areas. Restrooms with sinks for washing hands are now right outside the classroom door. Students must sanitize or wash hands prior to attending class.
8. Contact free paperwork – all paperwork, flyers and scripts will be emailed when possible.
9. New Talent will be pre-screened virtually, then seen one on one (tell your friends 🙂
Should CA State update it’s guidelines, our studio will consider updating our policies in accordance.
New Rules & Regulations:
All clients/parents will need to sign and email back a new rules document regarding our updated protocol before returning back to our studio. Please email megan.tower@towertalent.com if you have not received this document.
Auditions:
Upcoming auditions will continue to be held virtually. Our next audition will be held 10/18 at 10AM only with Clear talent Group. Please contact us if you need to receive the zoom links to auditions. IF you have already received previous audition links, you do not need to rsvp, as you are already included on the list.
Course Schedule:
Please see the attached schedule of course options. Students must RSVP in advance to attend any workshop listed. Walk-ins will not be allowed, as we have strict limitations on class size.
Accounts Current:
All accounts must be up to date in order to return to our program. Please contact 858-824-0700 to discuss your account should you have a past due balance or would like to upgrade your membership.

Due to an overwhelming amount of interest from industry pros, we have launched a new opportunity for our talent to receive even more exposure online through their own personal webpage that can easily be accessed by approved industry contacts. We are extremely eager and excited to see everyone back and look forward to welcoming you into our new space! Please bear with us, as we too are adapting to these new changes. We pray this situation will be behind us once and for all, but in the meantime, we are going to get the ball rolling in a safe and fun way and hope we can be fully operational in the foreseeable future.
